Q: I know this is might be pretty specific use-case, but I'm trying this out on an existing membership site with existing users.
It would be nice if I could embed this on my site and pass user details like name and email via URL params or post data. Is there any way to avoid making my mebers re-register/re-login to use voting and comment features?

not sure of this is still monitored and they maybe a very silly question anyway.
Is there anywhere to centrally view all of the roadmaps that are listed. I can only see whichever one I am logged in to at the time.

There is no central view because each portal is completely separate from another. We are thinking of adding something like that in the future but don't have it now.
