Or all of the codes only work for 1 software at a time?

so for each roadmap I create I can tie a custom domain? If I want to use 10 different software sites but only have 3 codes I can so? Can I assign admins to whichever brand I want, or do all admins have access to all brands?

Yes you can use it on as many sites as you want, and also use as many custom domains as you want.
Admins have access to everything currently, we don't support creating like separate projects in the same company. If you want to gate admin access per project, then you would currently need separate codes and companies for that.
