Q: Hi Olli, I created a tour with a checklist.
Completing the tour is 'Step 1' out of 4 steps in the list. Once the tour is crossed, how can users do it again, if they need a reminder?
Thank you!

May 14, 2024A: Hi,
Currently, it's not possible to start it again through the checklist once it has been finished. That seems like it could useful as an option though, so I will add it to our todo list.
You can still start the tour with the usual methods, manually with code, or based on the trigger rules you have set up
Hi Olli,
I am not sure what you mean by "manually with code" and I am not sure either how the trigger rules can solve my issue?
The 'Start Quick Tour' button disappears when I add a checklist, as the tour seems to be 'embedded' in the checklist (as its first step). Since it is crossed, I cannot do the tour anymore and there is no more 'start quick tour' button (as it has been replaced by 'Start Onboarding' =the checklist).
The trigger does not help differentiating the tour and the checklist, since it is the page url.
Am I missing something here?
Thank you for your help!
Hi,
Okay thanks for the additional context. That sounds possibly like a bug. Could you reach out at [email protected] or through the support widget on our site, so that we can debug this further
I'd like to +1 this feature. I have checklists that users should do monthly and some they would engage themselves to start completing a workflow using the tool. It would be great to have a checklist that can be set to trigger (the first 5 days of the month) and/or users can click a link or button and kick off the new checklist.
Hi,
I let you know about this through email too, but following up here as well as it might be helpful for others as well:
We just released a new option for the checklist steps, called "Allow to retake action after completion". So when that is toggled to "Yes" the users can click the checklist step again to e.g. start the tour again even if they already completed it
