Q: How long does support usually take?

I reported an issue Sept. 18. It is now Nov. 19. That's 62 days without help, even though I've followed up dozens of times. Is this what I can expect from OneTake going forward?

I know. I've sent emails to: [email protected] & used their chat feature dozens of times. Not sure how to get help despite trying for 62 days!

The founder reached out personally yesterday. That's a good sign.
