Q: Issues being addressed?

Hi - I see a lot of issues recently in the reviews and I am wondering if this is actively being addressed or if there is a plan and timeline in place?

Thanks for the question!

A few months ago we did identify an issue where some support messages were not reaching us reliably. This has since been fully addressed by improving our support tooling and internal processes, and we now have additional monitoring in place to make sure messages are never missed.

We have been around since 2021, and are trusted by thousands of companies. We are continuing to actively improve the product and support, as can be seen from our changelog and roadmap: https://roadmap.produktly.com/
