Q: Jira integration? (create ticket from user feedback)
Greetings, Produktly!
For our app (NoCodeX) we would like submitted feedbacks (using Produktly widget) to also create tickets in Jira.
We integrated Produktly and published widget. On Jira side we enabled two incomming channels: webhook and email.
Can Produktly integrate with that? There doesn't seem to be an option for integration using email. And when trying a custom webhook, we get notification from Jira, that webhook was called without items:

We currently don't support direct integrations with Jira, but we do support e.g. Zapier and Pabbly Connect, both of which you can use to build further integrations (including Jira and email).

Also, added direct Jira integration to our roadmap as a feature request: https://roadmap.produktly.com/?featureRequestId=1953
But yeah as a workaround, I would recommend setting up Zapier or Pabbly Connect to achieve this.
