Q: Why don't the Lifetime license token limits don't align with the regular plans?

Looks good, but token limits are the main bottleneck as to how much one can use a plan so three questions:
- Why are the limits different in the lifetime plans to their equivalent tier monthly plans?
- The offer says that the changes to monthly plans will be reflected in lifetime plans, but how will that work when token limits are different?
- Can users provide their own API keys to an LLM service to provide their own tokens?

A: Thank you for your questions and for taking the time to explore Project Bloom! Here’s some clarification on the points you raised:
1. The token limits for lifetime deals differ because they are designed as a one-time purchase, whereas monthly plans include a recurring revenue model to sustain ongoing usage.
Lifetime deals aim to offer excellent value while balancing the costs of providing high-quality LLM-powered outputs over an extended period without recurring payments.
Monthly plans, on the other hand, reflect the cost of continual access to our AI resources and updates, allowing for higher token allocations since they include recurring payments that help offset these costs.
2. Changes to the platform features, capabilities, and access will indeed apply to both lifetime and monthly plans. However, token limits for lifetime plans will remain fixed as per the AppSumo deal’s terms, while monthly plans may receive different adjustments based on their pricing structure.
For example, new features like improved AI capabilities, integrations, and workflows will be available to lifetime users, ensuring parity in terms of functionality.
3. Currently, ProjectBloom does not support the use of external API keys for LLM services. However, we have included this feature as part of our future roadmap, as it could offer greater flexibility to users with advanced needs or high-volume token requirements.
If token limits are a concern for your usage, we'd love to hear more about your needs to explore how we might accommodate them in the future!

Thanks for the comprehensive reply. How can I best take up your offer to discuss future needs. The core issue is that I can see myself burning through 20k tokens. I won't want to upgrade my plan to a higher tier just for more tokens. So the issue then becomes if I can't plug in my own API for tokens (my preference) can I pay to top up my tokens and how much will that cost.
