Unfortunately, after I discovered the limitations of internal versus external clients I'm not going to be able to get the value I thought I was out of the tool. It looks great for what you get and for the price. If you need external people to access the to-do list and make changes they cannot. Only internal people can. Would be nice to assign at the task level who can or can't. If you want the calendar to merge with Google you cannot. No note editor like NoteJoy. The product is still young but I think not good for a coach. Probably excellent for a traditional company who has admins and teams working on projects.
