A great discovery for project management
As someone who has used both Basecamp and Trello for the past 6 years, I can definitely see the similarities between the three platforms. However, project.co seems to be more flexible and customizable. And I’m hoping it could replace the other two in the future. But I need to do more testing to confirm that, especially with the kanban view, the management of permissions and the automation with Zapier.
The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and find what I need. I like the text editor with it slash commands and the possibility to add check lists - that’s more advanced than Basecamp’s.
The recurring to-dos feature is something I’ve been using extensively in my workflows. And project.co offers all the options I need from the get go.
Also, in a few clicks, I could integrate the platform on a subdomain of my website, making it easy to onboard people with an easy-to-use URL.
Overall, I'm very happy with project.co so far and would definitely recommend it to others in need of a project management platform. It offers a great balance of flexibility and functionality, and I'm looking forward to continuing to use it in my work.
