Dissapointed

I’m very disappointed with this company. I’ve used them for many years and have had few, if any, complaints. However, I’m now seeing that they’re excluding me and others like me from their upgraded services platform, and I’m having issues with my current platform.

It feels as if they don’t have enough resources to support clients who are now split between two different platforms. I’ve been complaining for months about a recurring issue that basically renders our platform useless: I can’t save tasks. I’ve sent repeated emails and gotten nothing back.

This is extremely disappointing, and anyone using this tool should be very concerned. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I’m at my wits’ end. I’ve been trying for weeks—months, actually—to get help, and I keep having the same problem over and over again. If they can help me resolve this issue once and for all, I’ll gladly update this review.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m genuinely sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have with Project.co.

I’d like to clarify a couple of important points for anyone reading this. We have not excluded AppSumo customers (or any other customers) from our V3 platform. All AppSumo lifetime customers can continue using V2 long-term as promised, and we also offer an optional low-cost annual upgrade path to V3 for those who want access to the newer system and features. All LTD entitlements are fully honoured and no services have been removed.

Regarding the task saving issue in V2, this was identified and resolved several weeks ago. We replied to your previous support emails to confirm this and to ask for further details so we could double-check your account specifically, but unfortunately we haven’t received a response yet. This is why I'm replying here as well.

As you've said, you have had few if any complaints and I appreciate that. We have now fixed the task saving issue and I hope you continue enjoying using Project.co V2. If you do wish to test or actually move to V3 then we'd love to help and support you with this transition.
