I set up and organize admin/client tech, and this is what I have been needing for the past year. It is a perfect spot for my clients to have access to everything they need in one place. My biggest struggle was also having a place for my team to complete client tasks, and this also solved that issue. Love using the "notes" feature for this with built-in tasks.
