Q: Hi there, We currently use eClincher which we find is very useful and was wondering whether you have a comparison to this?
One of the key elements that makes eClincher really useful is the social inbox. Is this the same as the 'inbox' you refer to for Promorepublic? If so, why a limit on the number of emails? If not, what is the inbox?
Thanks

May 14, 2024A: Greetings!
Their Inbox is pretty robust and our Inbox iteration 1 is less, but we'll try to update it in the future.
In the Pro Plus plan, we have added the limited version of top requested Agency features: basic reporting with graphs, more teammates, and inbox. We do not limit the number of posts scheduled and $/month spent for the boosted post as we consider them to be the core of PromoRepublic. We would note your feedback to revisit this limitation in the future.
Thank you for being interested in PromoRepublic!

Thanks for the response Kate. Do you have some sort of comparison to eClincher I can look at?

Additionally, just so I understand as I am still confused, why are you limiting the number of emails being sent? Is there some sort of cost for you to send emails from a social inbox? Thanks
No, we don't have a comparison chart/table with eClincher, unfortunately.
I understand your concern about the Inbox 30 message limit, and we've received many requests so far, but this is the only way we can do it right now. We think that such a number is a fit for small businesses. If you get 30 messages (or mentiones, or comments) every day then consider our agency plan on a subscription basis.
