A: Hi Sampath,

1) You can use the backend Sell Tickets Point of Sale module to manually sell tickets to your customers. In this example, you would enter in the information you've collected on other platforms for your customers and it will generate and send a ticket to them. You would just create tickets as Free Tickets so that no money is requested or required for you to generate the tickets for your customers.

The Indian Rupee is on our radar and is most likely the next currency we plan to implement.

2) You can embed the PromoTix checkout onto any page of your own website/domain and sell tickets on your own website this way.

3) The QR Code is unique to each ticket. It's graphically displayed on the PDF ticket. Our mobile app (PromoSuite Organizer) will scan the ticket QR codes for your events and validate whether the ticket is valid, or already been checked in, etc. I'm not sure what you mean by SMS as this is not used for QR code ticket scanning. If you clarify I'd be happy to answer, but SMS is not used anywhere in our platform so far. There are no fees for in-person ticketing or unsecured streaming for AppSumo customers. There are some fees associated with secured virtual ticketing, based on whether you select SD or HD, and whether you have the Promoter or Professional package. The QR codes themselves, are not charged for.

4) You can download an Attendee Report from the reports tab after the event to show all the tickets, the attendees, whether they checked in, email, name, etc. You can then use the CSV you download, and import it to any of your other applications.
