Q: What's to say this won't close down in 10 weeka

I understand this isn't covered by Appsumo's refund guarantee for Plus users, so you can just take the money in 9 weeks and anyone who bought this deal won't get a refund or even a credit. They'll have just lost everything.

What guarantees can you provide this won't happen?

A: I completely understand the concern — it’s a fair question and I want to address it directly.

Here’s our commitment:
We’re not going anywhere. Prompt Architects is a long-term product with a clear development plan, active feature releases, and growing user base. We’re shipping improvements regularly and investing heavily in the platform.
Why we’re confident this will be around:
1. Sustainable business model — We have both AppSumo LTD users and recurring monthly/annual subscribers. The LTD deal helps us scale faster while our subscription revenue ensures long-term sustainability.
2. Active development — We’re continuously building and releasing new features. Just in the past few months we’ve added MCP integration, expanded our prompt libraries, and improved cross-platform compatibility. We have a clear internal roadmap for the next 12-24 months.
3. Growing traction — User adoption is accelerating, retention is strong, and we’re getting consistent feature requests from power users — all signs of product-market fit.
4. AppSumo track record — Many successful long-term products launched on AppSumo and are still thriving years later. LTD launches aren’t a shutdown signal — they’re a growth strategy to build user base quickly.

Thank you

Excellent reply. You raise lots of valid points. Appreciate that effort. You're right, there's been some excellent products on Appsumo in the past. Worry is that recently there's been quite a LOT of failures with tools cashing in and closing down within months and Appsumo not refunding people, almost laughing as they keep all the money anyway. But sounds like that won't be you.

Thanks for hearing us out. I completely understand the caution — you've seen the pattern, and protecting your investment makes total sense.
We're in this for the long haul. Actions speak louder than promises, so we'll let our consistent updates and support over the coming months do the talking.
Appreciate you giving us a shot despite the skepticism. That means a lot.
