I bought tier 2 so I could get access to image (and video) prompts especially; I am not creative enough to craft these myself so it's nice that they offer a library of prompts to use right away. The library even mentions which model works best with it, but I've used the prompts in different models/software with great results. You can use the prompts as-is, but they are so great that the recommended image generators will make the output seem so similar to the library image; not a bad thing, but just a reminder to add your own spin and tweaks to make them more personal to your project.
