Had some issues getting ahold of support initially

I was having issues getting the MCP connection to work, so I figured I'd reach out to support to help me resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, the support form errors out when you attempt to submit anything. There is an email listed on the page that supposedly goes to their support team but it bounces when you email it.

UPDATE: Support did eventually get a hold of me to help resolve the issues.

Let me address a few things:
Regarding Perplexity MCP support:
You're right that our website documentation could be clearer here. We currently support MCP integration for Claude, Cursor, Codex, and several other platforms, but Perplexity MCP is not officially supported yet. We haven't listed it on our website because we're still actively working on the integration.

Perplexity's MCP architecture works a bit differently than the other platforms we've integrated, so it's taking us a little longer to build it out properly. That said, we're prioritizing it and making good progress.

Regarding support response:
I want to clarify what happened on our end. When you first messaged us, our support team was offline (we're a small team and don't have 24/7 coverage yet). We saw your message about 30 minutes after you sent it and replied through the chat system right away — but we didn't hear back from you after that initial exchange.

I completely understand the frustration when you're trying to get help and it feels like no one's responding. That's on us for not having clearer communication about our support hours and response times.

Moving forward:
I've just sent you an email directly so we can resolve your MCP connection issue. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) and reply there with the specific error you're seeing or what you're trying to accomplish with Perplexity.

We're absolutely committed to providing support — sometimes it might take a few hours depending on time zones and team availability, but we are here and we do respond. Your issue is now flagged as priority, and I'll personally make sure we get you sorted out.
