I already own a few other prompt "architect" LTDs, but this one truly stands out in terms of functionality, even though it's still a young company. The main reason I'm keeping my Tier 3 deal is the incredible level of support and their responsiveness to user feedback. I suggested a new feature, and to my absolute surprise, it was implemented the very next morning! Nafiul is so on top of things that I felt compelled to write this review. While I still need to experiment a bit more with the platform, the dedication of Nafiul and his team gives me total confidence that this product will be around—and continually improving—for years to come.
