Q: Account downgraded to free with no response from the Dev

My account, like many others, has been downgraded to the free account. It has been over a week now. I see comments that it has been fixed, and even an email saying it was fixed. I immediately responded to your email notifying you that the account has not been fixed, with no response. When do you intend to re-activate the account?

I received two emails and I have replied to both. You have not fixed my account and it still appears as free.
