Q: Been downgraded to free account
Trying to reach support via email provided, but no response from founder...
I bought the 19$ deal less than 2 month ago and i cannot use the app anymore.
Anyone knows how to get help about this situation ?

Matthew isn’t telling the truth. Despite his claims of replying via email and restoring the account to the paid version, he’s lying. AppSumo confirmed he hasn’t responded to their emails either. Additionally, he’s been deleting any comments related to PromptBox on social media.

Despite the numerous messages and emails I sent, my account was finally restored to premium. However, the overall experience has been awful.
