Another fight lost - No access since June 24
Update 09/27/2025 - I now have access. Will update with product review.
It's so frustrating to be told that you have access to a product. I bought PromptBox in June 2024. I was excited to use it, but I've given up. Neither AppSumo nor the app owner has helped. My last correspondence said they had already resolved the issue, and they have not replied since. Every few months I try again to get access to this product. I give up
