Pros:
- Easy access
- Simple interface
- Convenient way to store, use, and share prompts with notes, including a file system
- Good customer service (I had an issue with my account that was quickly addressed)

Cons:
- UI could be updated (but it still works fine in its current condition)
- Occasional technical glitches (but support has proven to be a big help)

Overall: While aesthetics could use some enhancement (subjective), the points that really matter really hit the spot. Great concept, great product, simple interface, good customer support, and unlimited potential!
