I really wouldn’t like to request a refund for this tool, but I’ve been testing it for a month and a half, and there’s no support whatsoever. No one responds to your questions, not even via email. Weeks go by, and all you get is silence—no updates, no answers from anyone. The tool has basic functionalities, but it needs improvement to actually be useful. It has potential, but there are no visible advancements. There's also no customer support.

I keep hearing good words and promises week after week, but nothing seems to change. I’m sure I’ll get more nice words and promises again this time. I don’t want more promises; I’m simply asking for concrete dates when real progress will actually be made
