Unable to log in due to a bug. Never heard back from support and had a meaningless response when i asked in the Q&A here. Moving on before i waste more time

First of all the UI/UX is good
I didnt met any bug during registration and appsumo activation

I'v tested the tool and got the system prompt in an easy way.
So i know how things are done behind the scene.

More than that - i could literraly compare prompt built by PromptEngine and my Own prompt in 5 different AI , result are better with my own promtps.

This tool is maybe good for people discovering internet & chatgpt (sorry to be rude)

But that the truth comparing to the marketing claims :

Turn simple ideas into high-quality prompts for any AI model with this powerful generator

It is not powerful

I use a lot of AI tools so jumped on this deal immediately. Maybe it's not for me or i am not using it right but I'm not impressed with this tool. My prompts return better results than the ones generated by PromptEngine. I will most likely keep it because it was so cheap

I recently purchased the Lifetime Deal for PromptEngine and successfully redeemed. However, after logging into my account, I am unable to see the Lifetime Deal reflected—only an upgrade prompt is visible.
Kindly look into this issue and ensure that the Lifetime Deal is activated on my account as per the redemption. If any additional steps are required from my side, please let me know.
