Interesting product, but I was never able to access my subscription
I tried a few of the free prompts inside PromptEngine — there aren’t many, but they were enough to show that the product could be genuinely useful. That’s why I decided to buy a full-access code on AppSumo.
Unfortunately, everything fell apart at the redemption stage.
After purchasing, the code either produced an error saying it was already used, or it was “accepted” but nothing changed in my account. No upgrade, no new features, no subscription applied. I bought multiple codes, tried different login flows, and repeated the process several times. The result was always the same: I paid, but never received access.
The partner’s support never replied.
AppSumo support was polite, but the situation never progressed beyond “we’ve escalated this to the partner,” and nothing was resolved. The product feels abandoned, and the redemption system seems completely broken.
At this point I still haven’t been able to use the product at all. I haven’t received a refund yet, but I’m planning to request one if the situation doesn’t change very soon.
It’s a shame — it looked like a promising tool, but it turned out to be entirely inaccessible.
