Q: Hi, why do you have to put a QR on the document?
Is the QR per document or each page? What will happen when the year ends? Will you delete our documents?

Thank you for your question.
The QR code can be used to scan to verify the authenticity of the documents. It is particularly useful in scenarios where the document is shared as a printed copy.
QR code can be placed anywhere on the document. It will not be shown on all the pages.
For AppSumo customers, the documents will not be deleted from ProofEasy after 1 year. However, for the users to continue uploading new documents a paid plan has to be purchased .
