The last review was posted several years ago, and in total there are only 5 reviews, hardly “a lot.” Most of them stem from frustration, and none of those users ever reached out to us directly for a solution.

I've checked it and it seems a modified version of the altum code app : https://66socialproof.com/ Back in the days, there was also this one on appsumo : https://appsumo.com/products/popify/ that's now free to install : https://popify.site/ And it's based again on the same code. I don't have anything bad about you hosting and selling it, but transparency is important. So you're not based on such? are you 100% able to confirm that?
