I'm interested in Proofly and have some questions:
1. Where is your head office located? This helps us understand time zone differences.
2. What data protection and user privacy measures are in place?
3. Does Proofly offer custom branding, such as Whitelabel features and custom CNAME? (if not when are you planning add this on?)
4. How does the product handle client management regarding user permissions, client portals, and activity tracking? (if not when are you planning add this on?)
5. Do you have Funnelling system feature?

Our office is located in the Netherlands and we operate in the Amsterdam (CET) time zone. All user data is securely stored on servers within the EU, and we only store the data that is strictly necessary for the platform to function, nothing more.
While there is no full white-labeling or custom CNAME support at this time, notifications can be fully styled using CSS to match your branding. Advanced client management features such as user permissions or client portals are currently not available, but may be considered in the future based on overall demand.
As for the funneling feature, it’s unclear what exact functionality you’re referring to. However, Proofly does support A/B testing in the sense that you can create multiple notification types per domain and compare their performance individually.
