Q: Is there an option for a client to choose between different tiers of services and also choose certain add-on services?
Or is the only option signatures?

Sorry, I think the question was misunderstood.
If I send someone a proposal with 3 options -- Can they choose which option they accept and sign for that?
Also, is there an option to click boxes, such as add-on services they want to add to the proposal?

We can't send proposal with option. We have a dedicated team working on all the feedback we are getting and will improve and add more features.
