Nice Tool; Still Needs Some Work
I really like the UI for the tool and that it is relatively easy to use. So far most things seem to work as expected and the templates are great. I've given 4 tacos instead of 5 because I was a bit disappointed with the white labeling feature. Someone else mentioned it in their review so I'm restating it again. The actual white labeling of the product is not the issue, but rather the email that is sent to the prospect. It comes from Proposa and at the bottom of the email it reads like any other marketing email that Proposa might send to someone on its email list, meaning that it has the unsubscribe link at the bottom as well as a statement that says "This email was sent to you because you indicated that you'd like to receive insights about your Business Profile." This is not an accurate statement for the purposes of the prospect and the proposal that I am sending them. Instead, this appears to be the standard unsubscribe statement that your company has developed for its own email marketing. This really needs to be corrected because it can be very confusing from recipients.

On the other note; regarding white labeling it is working now. Please follow these steps and let me know if you have any questions.
Please go to your domains DNS settings and add a “CNAME record” with the host: <proposal or any subdomain prefix> and add the value: app.proposa.io.
eg, CNAME | Host: proposal | Value: app.proposa.io
The TTL (time to live) will be ~ 30 - 60 mins. The DNS verification will take anywhere between 0 -24 hours to get verified.
After it’s verified please follow the following steps:
Go To Proposa.io:
- Login to proposa.io
- Go to your Company Profile under Settings in the left menu
- In Default Domain put in your domain name: eg, proposa
- In Custom Domain put in your custom domain name: proposal.yourcompanyname.com
- Press "Submit" button
- Click "Verify DNS Records" (It will update the DNS record within 0-24 hours)
DNS update required:
To complete the setup of your custom domain, Please go to your domains DNS settings and add a “CNAME record” with the host: <proposal or any subdomain prefix> and add the value: app.proposa.io.
eg, CNAME | Host: proposal | Value: app.proposa.io
The TTL (time to live) will be ~ 30 - 60 mins.
You will not be able to use the custom domain until we verify that the DNS update has been made. We will check this for you every hour and send an email to all of the administrators on your account when verified.
