Upset
This is an honest review. At first, I was very excited because Propovoice has all the functions that I needed. The UI was neat and clean. With this price, I was very happy with my purchase.
But..... There are still some functions that need to improve.
1. Notification is not functioning. I didn't get live notification after a client post a discussion.
2. The invoice page is not mobile responsive. This had caused the client limited view on the invoice (ie Total Amount)
I hope the founders and developers read my review and quickly fix this. I am urgently needed a CRM, and if this problem cannot be solved, I might consider buying other CRM.
