Q: Campaign nor running as per workflow. Support is not responding.
Campaign workflow has 5 steps. It does 2 and moves on to the next contact.
Disconnected and connected Li account as per support.

- if you connect the account with credentials, this will not happen. The extension is tied to your browser session so if this ends (by logging out of LinkedIn or routine cache clearances) it will disconnect
- Contacts are run simultaneously, so some people will be in the sequence whilst new people start, this ensures you are sending as much volume as you can whilst respecting LinkedIn's limits.

Hi, The account is logged in with credentials. So that rules out that issue. Your support suggested to disconnect and reconnect with credentials. The issues persists with another campaign. It's almost a week, and support has yet to resolve the issue with your software.
