I currently use Closely and it has a major design flaw: Lets say I make a Sales Navigator group called "People in Town X". It looks at the point in time it is created and sets the batch size to that. Then once it has connected to all those people, it stops. But over the course of the campaign, new people are arriving in Town X and I want them to be contacted too. Currently in Closely I have to set a reminder and every month check on the campaigns, and if they are stopped, restart them to get all the new people added to that group since. I would switch to the tool that saves me all this time.
