Q: Do we have a public roadmap?

I’m planning to buy the T3 plan as Prosp fits my needs. Could you clarify:
1. What is a "User seat"? How is it counted? Can multiple team users operate under one LinkedIn account?
2. Can Prosp extract emails/phones from imported profiles(contact list in Prosp), or only extract via its extension?
3. Is it safe to use a normal LinkedIn account, or is an informal one recommended to avoid suspension? I’ve noticed someone asking whether you directly integrate with the LinkedIn API.
4. Will Prosp add CRM and 3rd party integration features? Is there a public roadmap?

A: Hey Eric,

1) Yes, user seats are just members with access to the platform and can conduct any actions they wish

2) Yes, it extracts in contact list

3) Yes, we have the best residential proxies, sending limits and randomization algos to ensure activity is completely undetectable

4) There is a CRM within the tool already and you can integrate with the webhooks and the API. The public roadmap is coming soon, it's top priority on our private roadmap haha
