Q: Unable to find your extension and unable to connect using credential
Hi, I was not able to connect the linkedin account, somehow both using credential or the extension.
The chrome extension, even unable to be found in the chrome store or your link.
Can you help me on this? I wanted to try before buying licenses.

May 16, 2025A: Hey sorry about that - we are just doing some maintenance on the extension, should be back this week.
With the credentials, most likely the LinkedIn credentials were not correct or 2FA was not enabled. If neither of those, please message support via the website and we'll take a look :)
