After two months of use, I can tell you that it's hard to work with such a slow application.
Customer and campaign management is chaotic.
It's difficult to be serene and confident with an application that functions like a black box.
Add to that the pitiful behavior of the owner (they've deactivated the voice cloner on my Tier 1 license and are asking me to upgrade to get it back). Very disappointing.
