Rough start but team was amazingly helpful working through bugs with me
I am a LinkedIn Lead gen pro and have been doing this a LONG time with a LOT of different software. I WANT this to work soooooo bad. I pay monthly for MeetAlfred for me and my team. I am not expecting perfect. I know what MeetLeonard went through to get to MeetAlfred seamless operation. It was a rough start, a few aspects weren't working and there was a lot of lag.
All has been fixed and the AI comments and messages are generating amazing engagement and conversations.
To the marketers in the room... don't F it up with your LinkedIn spam and use it for good. Team is working diligently trying to perfect the platform and it has a bright future.
PROS:
1. Easy enough to connect to LinkedIn. Probably a few more questions and options than the majority of users need. I certainly didn't know best options and I consider myself software savvy enough. Have phone ready for authentication.
2. HubSpot native integration
3. Has solid recommended limits to prevent linkedin issues
4. Custom times to send per campaign instead of overall
5. When you finally get to a campaign automation... has a default ready to go and relatively easy to setup.
6. When correctly meticulously prompted the AI comments/messages are GOLD
7. When the campaign glitch was fixed, very easy to setup automations with multiple linkedin touchpoints.
8. Founders care and are working to fix any and all bugs as the barrage of AppSumo new users come in. They care and that is always a good start.

CONS/ROADMAP WISHES:
1. Only one "Workspace" allowed.... if you create another one you are hit with $59/per month per LinkedIn account offer that isn't clearly communicated that you only get one workspace. I can't divide my teams easily at all. All 10 spots on one team. I have been told those buying the highest level will get white label later and have some flexibility on that.
2. The only "Native integrations" is HubSpot - nothing else, not other appsumo programs, not other main programs or pipelines. Would love to see more on the roadmap.
3. Doesn't just import all of your 1st connections at all... but individual list or search, event or group only. Maybe forces me to organize but makes it difficult to get setup fast and just create a basic warm up broad automation and import.
4. No existing options for sending basic greetings like birthday, anniversary, new job - these have been winners for me to start convos and add value and engagement.
5. No option to block certain people that I am connected to from communications because it doesn't import my whole list of connections.
6. Campaigns are in in UTC Timezones with no ability to adjust to my local timezone - I have to time math. 9:30pm CST is 2:30am. This is done per campaign and a bit time consuming.
7. Your starter "My AppSumo Workspace" is your AppSumo account. Don't delete it. Find this weird but I get it.
8. No ability to email first connections to followup on linkedin convos - all interactions are LinkedIn only. I love this about MeetAlfred
9. If you use AI prompting in text or voice CHECK THE PROMPT - they allow uses to share prompting but the title doesn't show the prompt. Click it. I was sending out Spanish comments before I figured this out. Would like to see more documentation and examples on solid prompts. Took me about 4 hours of prompt engineering and scraping several examples to Frankenstein great natural responses but they are AMAZING. Watch those prompt - USE THE PREVIEW BUTTON.
10. I am submitting SalesNav list and using their list search for 1st connects to make comments on posts... it deflects every time to 2nd connections. Team is aware and looking into it.
ISSUES I HAD THAT TEAM FIXED:
1. "Accounts" page has a serious delay showing the accounts that are currently connected (its only me so not a lot lol). Team spent a lot of time on this and no longer seeing any lag.
2.. LOTS of lag. I click a button to move between sections or take actions and I don't even know if the button works because it isn't doing anything. Team fixed.
3. First attempt to clone voice got "Error processing the audio"... so I moved from Safari to Chrome, got a spinning circle of death, then another "Error processing the audio". Team spent a lot of time fixing this.
4. Creating campaigns is so confusing. I set up one and it replicated it like 10 times but no where did I see a space to automate it or say what it would do. Worked with this some... think there was a bug, then worked on click of campaign name. All fixed and I have several campaigns up and running.
CONCERNS:
1. All campaigns have individual setup limits. I can't tell if this is account wide, per campaign, or if they are campaign limits that also restrict the total... no one wants a banned LinkedIn account and more clarity here would be awesome.
