Q: Hello Ari and Dylan, I'm excited to share that I've just secured my Tier 3 License this week.
The comprehensive coverage on Prosper's blog and your active engagement have been instrumental in this decision, and I'm optimistic about the potential growth and momentum.
Dylan, I'm excited about the new AI for fraud detection at Prosper. Could you elaborate on where these fraud detection instances are logged? Are they part of the analytics reports? Also, during the October Facebook live session, you mentioned enhancements to analytics. How might these improvements help us refine our strategies? I’m curious if there will be any planned collective approach to fraud detection within the Prosper community, including any shared data or best practices for fraud prevention.
Ari, following up on your reply back in October, here in the Q&A thread about the unique phone number feature, I'd appreciate some clarification on the pricing. Would this be a direct pass-through cost, perhaps charged annually? Also, it would be great if the area code could align with our store's geographical location for added relevance. My experience with SMS in customer interactions is limited, but I recognize its dual potential. At the checkout stage, it seems crucial for facilitating conversions and preventing cart abandonment. And for the recipients of referral codes, it appears to be an effective tool in sparking initial brand awareness and cultivating interest. Since I'm just beginning to grasp the full scope of running a website service, any insights you provide are incredibly valuable.
Furthermore, a question for both: Regarding the planned social sharing features, is social media single sign-on (SSO) be required? Additionally, I'm exploring the potential for customization, perhaps even enabling users to refer multiple friends in one submission for enhanced incentives. Having noticed some HTML code in the FB live session, I wonder if these customizations are achievable through additional coding, APIs, or webhooks. As I'm new to this realm, I am considering partnering with a developer for such enhancements.
Your guidance and responsiveness have been instrumental in my decision to join Prosper at a higher tier. As I embark on setting up my account, having a clear understanding of these features is crucial. Thank you both for your ongoing support and the dynamic growth of Prosper.
Best regards, / J

May 15, 2024A: Hi jsalsa,
Thanks for purchasing Prosper's tier 3! Our team is ecstatic to hear that would online presence has contributed to your decision.
As for AI fraud detection, those instances will only be available for the Prosper team to see, on your end a fraudulent referral simply will not be sent out and it will not be recorded in your system. On our end, are constantly monitoring all referrals to improve our LLM and increase our chances of fraud detection.
As for the enhanced analytics, we will be rolling that out sometimes in the next 2 weeks and they will include statistics that will help you optimize your campaign to receive as many referrals and conversions as possible. As for best practices around fraud prevention, the Prosper team is always monitoring the performance of our users and we will reach out immediately if we have any concerns about the validity of your referrals. If that is the case, we will escalate and resolve the issue on a case by case basis.
About using a unique phone number for your referrals, as I mentioned that is usually not something our users are interested in because unlike an email address, there is no way to brand a phone number or make it synonymous with your brand - it is just a random string of numbers.
However, we would be more than happy to set up your business with your own number to separate from our other users if you so wish. We will charge a one time fee up front for setting that number up, and we can set the area code to your geographical area.
We do highly recommend placing the widget in your checkout, many of users have seen great sucess with that and dramatically raised their conversion rates.
As for social sharing, we are currently working on adding WhatsApp as a sharing method, and in the future will look to more popular messaging apps, and social medias. We are not looking to add any type of sign-ons, one of our main tenants is providing a referral experience that doesnt require sign-ups, account creations, QR code scanning or app downloading.
Finally - last but not least we are in the process of working on and releasing a brand new widget. This new widget will allow consumers to share with multiple friends at once (up to 4). We are also working on adding deferred rewards using webhooks - meaning you can control the nature of your referral program on your end, with a developer.
If you have anymore questions, please reach out at dylan@getprosper.io and we would be happy to set up a meeting.
