I've tried to reach out to your support, and nothing. I can't access and edit my sites, now that you've changed your platform to "Cobiro CSS" for Google Ads and "Cobiro Connect". Neither of these contain my websites, which are still live, and I need to edit them through the Cobiro website builder that you used to have.
Did you ever hear back on this or find a solution?
I am sorry for the loss of your site. We had a transition period of a year where customers could get help transferring the site to other providers. It is hard to say now why this information didn't reach you. Sometimes people forget the email they signed up with, other times the emails end up in spam. Hopefully, you have a new site now. Hi Dusko -- searching communications we've had with Cobiro -- I don't see anything about how to use unused coupons? CSS might not be a great fit since we are in the US.
