If I wish to purchase more codes to stack, how would that work? Do I have to inform you via email for you to increase my limits or do I have to make a new account? Thanks!
It's Alex, the founder of ProxiedMail. Thanks for reaching out to me.
I would recommend you to spread it between accounts. Honestly, I think the limits are quite high already, so even just with the one code you would be fine. But if you have any use case in mind just let me know and it might be a good idea just to raise the limits for one account.
Can I create proxy emails with my company's domain?
Like if my domain is "example.com"
Can I create an unlimited number of emails for that address like: sales@example.com communications@example.com info@example.com helpdesk@example.com etc.
And then all of those would just forward all the mail to a single inbox?
Ideally I'd use this solution in the beginning now that I'm myself managing most of these areas. But later on I'd remove these from being "proxied" and created actual dedicated email inboxes for each.
It's Alex, the founder of ProxiedMail. Thanks for your report. Please text me via email, should work in UAE. Might have some issues in India/Iran/Pakistan. For those who blocked too: please text me via email, so I add you to whitelist.
After all, we know not much about the security measures in place and, above all, who controls them. Is your service audited, and if so, by whom? Is your company registered in the US, Ukraine, Portugal, or the Netherlands? How many permanent staff members are there in your organization? What would happen to our aliases if you decide to drop your service? What is your business model (I didn't quite understand it given how low your subscription fees are)? As long as ProxiedMail is used for disposable addresses, there isn’t much risk, but if an alias is created for a bank or a payment system, what proof do I have that what is sent to me is only sent to me and not to a third party? I would use your service because of a general lack of trust in companies offering free email solutions, but how can I trust you? Thanks for your understanding.
It's Alex, the founder of ProxiedMail. Thank you for your question.
No security audit was conducted, but, we have a plans to complete it. The thing with audit is that should be conducted regularly since the security issues might get in place after some time. So, when you see that our competitors did in 2022, it might be changed already.
We're registered in US, have some developers in Ukraine and I'm(the founder) residing in Portugal. I wouldn't decide to shut down the service since running costs are low and I used my ProxiedMail emails in a lot of places.
Speaking about our business model - everything covered by the subscriptions/lifetime fees just straight on ProxiedMail. AppSumo helps us to promote the product making the idea of protecting your data/using custom domains spreading as wide as possible. (for which we're very grateful).
Only was I suggest regarding the banks - either just trust us or use your custom domain. This way you just pay around 10 USD annually and you can move to any other proxy-email provider just in a few clicks.
Additionally, this AppSumo pricing isn't permanent. We're running the product for 5 years, so its very unlikely we're ever going to shut it down.
And finally, we have competitors who're offering higher prices with bigger names behind them, but everyone complaints in the review that they're blocking accounts without notice, without being able to reach support.
I think support is one of our biggest feature. Whatever happens - we won't let you down if you ever started using the product.
Potentially, one day we would increase the prices after we make our market % higher. So, for now you have ability to get as for a cheapest ever price(thanks for AppSumo).
Doesn't mean, our product is bad, even through it's cheap. I would say even opposite.
Let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.
1. It’s not allowed to use ProxiedMail to spam or mass signups 2. I would recommend more tools like a Zapier. That thing isn’t that popular as, so we unfortunately can’t make integration for every existing integration tool.
Let me know if you have any additional questions. Thanks!

May 8, 2025A: Hi,
It's Alex, the founder of ProxiedMail.
Exactly, you can create such kind of functionality with your custom domains and the letters would came to your single inbox.
Also, you can create dedicated inbox for each proxy email later.
As well as you can later reply from those proxy emails or text someone first with "Contacts/Send" button.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Not mass sign up but can it be used for facebook sign up?
Just for 1-2 per individual for sure. Only thing is when they have like 100 signups from weird email (autogenerated address) per day or even faster.
