Q: custom GPT-powered email bots
How do we create the email bots with GPT? can we use our own prompts as well?

Thank you for your question.
It's Alex, the founder of ProxiedMail.
Yes, It's possible to specify the custom prompt for your bot.
In order to create the bot you would need just to create proxy email and turn it to the bot.
Click "More" on proxy email if its not expanded already and select "AI/Bots".
There would be able to specify the settings for the bot:
Prompt,
Model (gpt-4, gpt-3.5, 4o-mini)
CC all messages to the real address (This option is letting you copy all incoming conversations with the bot to your real address attached to the proxy-email. You can use it to track how your bot is working or to participate/stop the conversation depends on the interruption flag. You will get the both messages from the bot and the user.)
Allow interruption (If you put Demand CC option to enable you would be able to stop bot by replying to any email in the bot-user conversation. After the first reply but will stop and you will be 1-1 with the bot user)
Session length (when bot is saying context).
So, long story short bot is copying the messages to your real address and once you replied you would stop the bot.
Let me know if you have more questions on this matter.
Thank you!

Thanks for the update. Some follow-up questions: 1. Can we inject our own prompts? and can we custom each email account with different prompts? 2. Is this available for non-English?
Thank you for the clarifying your questions.
Ofc, you're putting the prompt individually for each email.
So you have bot1@pxdmail.com and bot2@pxdmail.com - they could have different prompts.
Regarding the non-English - that's only depends on the OpenAI system.
As far as I know they're handling it well.
