Addy and ProxiedMail are similar, but still different since they don’t have some features that we have and the other way around. But it’s hard to say in detail.

Emails are stored for a multiple days in the encrypted state on the ProxiedMail server before they’re being deleted. (In case we need to resend).
Meanwhile, we don’t support any end to end encryption for a communication between emails — like PGP.
It’s a part of the plan for 2026.
