Q: Interested, but hesitant...

Alex, there was a review posted last week (Jan. 28th, I think?) in which the user expressed a number of frustrations. I have not yet tried the tool so am not about to rush to judgment based on one critical review expressing sentiments that do not appear, overall, to be broadly shared by others.

That said, I couldn't help but notice you did not respond. I want to give you the benefit of the doubt, but your non-response is consistent with precisely the feedback that was expressed... i.e. about a lack of responsiveness and how this contributed to both the user's experience and also their apparent [diminished] confidence in the outlook.

That 1-star review seems to be an outlier, but its core concern seems to be something pretty fundamental -- and your non-response has validated it.

Any thoughts/perspective to help give me confidence?

A: Hi,

It's Alex from ProxiedMail.
Thank you for your question.

It has been already responded. It was a review about non critical part of the system - marketing emails from ProxiedMail were shown as received and forwarded, but they actually weren't.

That review looks scary, but in fact it's a bit overreaction in my opinion.
Unfortunately, we did a bigger mistakes that caused negative reviews and also we did mistakes that no one left a bad review for.

If you're just looking into that review - you have nothing to worry about, but if you look further there are less screaming, but more scary accidents with had with real email delivery - email delivery delays, absent emails and etc. It happens, unfo.

But, because we're operating for 6 years already we have been able to build a redundant system that would prevent most of them and alert us in case something bad is really going on. Only in case of something important - not marketing emails.

To be honest, I would say that over all you don't have anything to be worry about.
We're good at email delivery now and with the time we would become only better due to experience and knowledge with gain over time.
