Q: Kindly confirm my understanding
1. I can set any quantity of ‘virtual’ emails, like:
- sales@domainA.com
- info@domainA.com
- support@domainA.com
- sales@domainB.com
- info@domainB.com
- support@domainB.com
and receive the messages in a ‘real’ inbox, like myemail@gmail.com, correct?
2. I can forward messages from proxied (virtual) email to up to 50 ‘real’ emails (like the Gmail above), correct?
3. I can send and reply messages from my virtual/proxied email addresses, correct?
a. Is this (sending and replying) done within my service provider, Gmail in this case?
4. I can set unlimited domains for the proxied virtual/proxied email addresses, correct?
5. What if I need to support more than 50 ‘real’ addresses? Can I buy multiple deals here in AS to increase these?
6. Is this suitable for small teams/businesses with moderate message loads?

Jul 31, 2025A: Hi,
It’s Alex, the founder of ProxiedMail.
Thank you for your question.
1. Yes, this is correct
2. Yes, there is no limited for the proxy email being attached to more than one real email. But it total you can add only 50. If you reach this limit — let us know, we can increase it.
3. In order to send from your proxy email, please generate the reverse proxy email on UI. Then, you would need to use this proxy email to send from your real email.
4. This is correct.
5. We would appreciate more codes of course. But if you use your account fairly, we would more likely just increase it.
6. I think so. We’re not the best for sending emails to someone first, but it’s working fine. In case you have dozens emails daily and they are incredibly mission critical I can recommend getting just more professional tools. But in case you get just Gsuite or proton premium — you would still need some additional tools for better delivery and heat up your mailboxes.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Thank you!
