Q: Will you support BYOK to surpass the 50 chatbot limit?
1) Is there going to be the ability to bring your own key to support more than 50 bot responses?
2) If so, can you support other model providers?
3) If so, can it support any model on OpenRouter or direct API?
4) I was thinking if I wanted to use this more advanced, I'd have to use the API to do this, but if it could be integrated, it would be awesome. I have no direct plans, but I have ideas forming.
5) Also, what exactly is the 50 messages for bot responses?
6) Is it like 50 responses in a thread or 50 total per month for the account?
7) Is there a way to see your current usage?
8) I know it was mentioned it's a soft limit.
9) With API requests, can we pay to increase it?
10) Are there rate limits, like x number of requests per minute?
11) Why do some validations require us to send an email and others send us links?

May 21, 2025A: Hi,
It's Alex, the founder of ProxiedMail.
Thank you for your question.
1. No, you cannot bring your own key, but the limit is soft. It won't stop on reaching 50 messages. We can increase it on request. If you have any desired limit - please let me know.
2. Also, we don't support other models for now. But if someone really needs it - we can put it to the backlog.
3. Yes, in theory.
4. Regarding the bots, we will publish the direct API for messaging soon. So, you would be able to use our messaging engine and write down your own handling with AI or just scripted.
5. Just amount of the replies by bot.
6. 50 total per month per account. But, once again - it would never stop itself. It's mostly anti-enterprise and anti-spam limit. If it would be 300 - it's fine. Maybe if it's something like >500 - we would need to talk about the upgrade.
7. Nope, we're currently monitoring it ourselves.
8.-
9. You can use multiple accounts in order to increase the limits. Just buy multiple codes.
10. No rate limits per minute, but I would like to ask you not to cross 1rps.
11. It depends on the risk and the data we know about you.
Once the risk is lower - we're sending the code ourselves.
Thank you.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
