Did you use PubCoder and export the file in a specific format? Witch format?
In this case, if the page has an asset (an image or a video) that is too heavy, the load could be slow, but actually, since we can't see the file, the asset, or the format, we can not check the internet connection or the server I believe my answer is not useful.
Please contact support@pubcoder.com attaching all the details,
We have a alot of readers online (pdf-flipbooks mostly in the education and disability space) and the read along feature is something we would be interested in. The time to load each page on the library books is prohibitive and wonder if that issue is server or program related?
thanks so much
Q: Hi,
I just purchased PubCoder the other day and I am giving it a try now.
I am currently trying the coloring game function. Is there are way to import eps and pdf vectors into PubCoder, rather than having to convert to svg?
Also, if I understand correctly. Users will need to install a reader app in order to view my created content?
I just want to send something to client via email or have them visit our website to view the created story. I don't want them to have to download anything in order to view. Is this possible?
PubCoder is a desktop application for Mac and Windows.
Here you can find the minimum requirements you need to let PubCoder run on your computer: https://docs.pubcoder.com/pubcoder_setup.html
Every seat is meant to manage a specific email account for a person. Each account can be used on whatever number of computers, but one computer at a time. So if you have 5 seats, you can share your license with four additional users, and each one can install PubCoder on how many computers they want but use it one computer at a time.
Regarding the embedding here is the doc: https://docs.pubcoder.com/pubcoder_setup.html
Regarding the possibility to share your content easily, you can use PubReader https://docs.pubcoder.com/pubcoder_export_and_preview.html
Or you export the content in the epub version and share it Please check: https://docs.pubcoder.com/pubcoder_epub.html
Any format you will create (XPUB or EPUB) needs a reader, yes you can actually create an HTML format and embed the file inside your website (the reader is included in the file you export using PubCoder).

Q: Hi, I´ve just bought.
Regarding team members, can each team member access other team members´work? I have two distinct teams and there should be no cross-over
Q: Hi, I was not able to review the "sample projects" from you website without creating an account.
I selected to download the Reader only so I am not sure why I would have to open an account.
1. Will my clients/customers also have to create an account to only "read" a document?
2. I want to use this software to create user guides for my clients. May I create and place my user guides on my website with interactive features?
3. Do you have regular live training or step-by-step videos with novice information for beginners (new to this software)?
4. Will I be able to upload newer versions of pubcoder with my LTD?
Thank you!

Hello,
As a format the PDF does not have the read-aloud function, this has nothing to do with PubCoder, that's the standard PDF behavior.
Could you please be more specific regarding your second question?
Thanks

Q: Just confirm, this is not web based but a desktop app?
If desktop, does it support MAC, Windows, and Linux?
Is each user mean one device or as a user I can install on a few of my computers (laptop, desktop) and still be counted as one user?
How can I embed on my website after the book is created?

Thank you Alessandra.
I plan to use for business marketing purpose. I don't want my client or prospect having to download a reader to view the creation.
Can I include the creation inside email so recipient can view without the need for a reader?
Is HTML5 format something I can just embed on my website so users can view it without having the need for a reader?
