Q: Paolo, I purchased your produce on AppSumo and created and account on Pubcoder but the Licenses tab still tell me I have no license.

Thank you for your response. I will do that but I also wanted to let you know that I submitted a request to your support team. I am currently in an email exchange with a guy over there named Angelo he seems to think that the only way to fix the issue is for me to demand a refund and then start the process over after re-buying the product. That seems very cumbersome and frankly something I'm not inclined to do so I'm trying to ask him if there's anything you guys can do to fix it from your end.

Angelo, agreed! My issue was fixed after it was discovered that there were two PubCoder accounts in my name. The team was very responsive and patient in dealing with my frustration. I look forward to using the tool.
