Q: Do we get credits?

There needs to be some due diligence by AppSumo. Deleting customers data without warning or a proactive email is unacceptable. A proactive email notifying of difficulties and even giving users an opportunity to manually download their assets would have been the professional thing to do.

Agreed. More vetting is definitely needed. There are several items I've purchased in the last few years that are just gone - no website, no email notifications, nothing.
