I bought this product, and we tested vs our previous software hootsuit but figured out this was not up to our expectation so we want to refund and delete our data. The support of publbox suddenly refer to us and saying they cant delete this information which breaking with the GDPR regulation, so basically if you attach your information you cant remove it.

The software has alot of illogical processes like how you post instagram;

1. create a post; which leads to add picture and text.
2. verify your post with application on ur phone
3. Rewrite your adcopy and publish? ( doesnt make sens, so its better to do from your mobile and save 2 steps.

They dont have any implementation for Global pages in Facebook, so if you import more than 1 page under globa pages - basically all pages will have 1 name. Good luck sorting that out if you operate multi pages.

PS: i complained about this, and they accepted to delete my data, but in the process they also blocked me on their customer chat. Stay away!! butter to use anything else then this buggy software with no sense at all.
