Publer

Create, schedule, and analyze all your social media posts

Sold out

Actively posting across all your social media channels is like sending the same meme to six different group chats—exhausting, but necessary (they don't call me the meme supplier for nothing).

Before social media can deliver real results for you, you’ve got to give your followers the content they want on every platform they have.

But unless you want to spend day and night scheduling posts across all your platforms, you need a simple tool that can do it for you (plus much more).

Introducing Publer.

TL;DR

too long didn't read
Customize, preview, and schedule up to 500 posts simultaneously across all major social networks
Alternative to: Hootsuite
Easily watermark and add signatures to posts, designate teams, and access comprehensive analytics
Best for: digital marketers and social media managers who want to effectively manage and grow their social media presence

Overview

Publer is a social media marketing tool that lets you create, schedule, and analyze all your posts, plus collaborate with team members.

Publer takes all the chaos of social media posting and consolidates it into one stress-free platform.

The first order of business for taking command of your social media presence is scheduling posts.

Publer lets you schedule up to 500 posts at the same time using a multi-post creator, a bulk media uploader, a CSV file, or an RSS feed.

Pick the best times for your content, or let Publer take the wheel and schedule posts for you after you define a posting schedule.

There’s even the option to automatically recycle posts after a certain time—that way, you can make production easier or remind your followers about an upcoming event.

Schedule up to 500 posts at once across all major social media networks!

Simply create a base post, then customize and preview it for each social network, saving you loads of time.

You can also easily watermark all photos and videos with your logo to make sure shares are benefitting your brand.

Publer supports Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google My Business, Pinterest and Instagram (coming soon), so you’ll have all the major players batting for your team.

Easily customize and preview posts for each social network to save time.

You’ve got complete control of your posts after they hit the networks, too.

Schedule three different types of callback actions to boost engagement: follow-up comments, auto shares, and auto deletes.

Get those hashtags going in follow up comments, take advantage of your other channels with auto share, and clean up expired promotions with auto delete.

Sit back and relax. Publer is social media on autopilot.

Schedule callback actions like follow up comments to increase engagement, and quickly watermark your images and videos.

With comprehensive analytics, Publer makes sure you know exactly what’s up with your social media strategy.

No need to bounce around to all of your social media channels, either.

Check the status of one or all of your accounts right from Publer, including likes, shares, or views.

Feel free to fiddle with the date range, too—you’ll get a sense of how awesome things have gotten since you started using Publer.

Use the analytics function to check your stats across all your social media channels.

Publer also makes it easy to collaborate by designating teams.

Teams are separate entities, each with their own social accounts, posts, and analytics.

You’ll avoid that awkward moment of posting staycation pics on a client account (Of course I didn’t use the company card…).

Control the roles and permission levels for streamlined workflows, plus set approval requirements for posting.

Create multiple teams, invite members, and assign different roles and access levels.

Whether you’re a digital marketing team or one person doing the work of an entire digital marketing team (#StartupLife), social media can be a real time sink.

Why waste time duplicating a post across all your social channels, only to do the same thing a few hours later for the next post?

Publer lets you schedule content, follow it up, and analyze your strategies—all automatically.

A: Hello,

Unfortunately, not possible. We can't cover Twitter's API fee of $42,000/month with lifetime deals.

Best,

Q: Howdy Sumo-lings!

👋

We're very excited to be here and offer you this awesome deal on what we have built so far 💚

Even though a small team, we will do our best to respond to everyone within a reasonable time 💪

🙋🙋‍♂️ Here are some FAQ to save both you & us some time:

- What social networks are supported?

1. Facebook Pages, Location Pages and Groups managed by you

You cannot use Publer, or any 3rd party publishing app, for Facebook personal Profiles, Events or Groups you're not an admin of (API limitation). For Groups you do administrate, with Publer you can post both from your personal profile or as a Page you manage.

2. Twitter accounts

3. LinkedIn personal Profiles and Pages you manage

4. Google My Business locations as long as they're not part of business chains with more than 9 locations (Google API limitation)

- When will Instagram be supported?

We're waiting on Facebook / Instagram to make the publishing endpoint on their new API available to non-partners or start accepting new partners: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-api/guides/content-publishing

Internally, we have everything ready: connecting Instagram accounts, tagging locations, gathering analytics etc. As soon as one of the above happens, Instagram will be supported within less than a week and yes, it will be part of this deal 😲

- When will Pinterest be supported?

UPDATE: It seems like we can no longer use the old Pinterest API and we’re now waiting on the new Pinterest API that should be released soon (they announced it last week). Hopefully it won’t take too long 🤞

- What post types are supported?

Almost everything. You can schedule status updates, links, single & multi-photo posts (including new Facebook Albums), videos & GIFs (Twitter & FB), Google My Business events & offers.

All media types will be posted natively except for videos on LinkedIn (API limitation). They will be posted as link attachments to the actual videos.

- What's coming next?

#Hashtag & content recommendations, media gallery, Canva integration (they released their API this week 🎉), YouTube, automatically scheduling new posts from RSS feeds and so on.

📍 We're a little behind, but here's our tentative roadmap for this year: https://publer-assets.s3.amazonaws.com/roadmap.png

Everything you see on the roadmap will part of the deal, except Mitto, a separate CRM product we're building that will allow you to respond to messages your business receives on all social channels. Maybe another AppSumo campaign? 🤔

🗣️ If you don't like the roadmap, we're all ears: https://publer.nolt.io

Looking forward to making your social media life much easier 🙏

Thank you all for your support,
Ervin and the rest of Team Publer 💚

Q: Hi there, I was just wondering, rather than use Zapier for Instagram, why not use a reminder app like PromoRepublic and SocialBee do?

And for Pinterest, why not go via Hootsuite, like SocialBee do? This gets around the Hootsuite free limits, too.

I am sure it takes more work, but the Zapier limit of 100 zaps per month for free is very low, especially when spread across both Pinterest and Instagram, and paying more for Zapier pretty much defeats the purpose of paying for a LTD.

One other question - can you post directly to Facebook personal profiles with Publer, as with SocialBee?

Thanks!

A: Hello,

We will offer the reminders as an option once we have the mobile apps (aiming for the end of the year), even though personally I'm not a big fan as they defeat the purpose.

We went with Zapier for two main reasons:

- Zapier is not our competitor (unlike Hootsuite). I don't think it's a smart move to rely on your direct competitor because they may block you at any time for no reason. Plus, why promote your competitor?

- Zapier can publish to both Pinterest and Instagram even in their free version.

Again, the Zapier integration is just a temporary solution until we get direct API access to Pinterest and Instagram (no estimate date yet).

Regarding your last question. No 3rd party app is able to publish to Facebook personal profiles after the scandal with Cambridge Analytica. Are you sure that SocialBee is able to do so? Maybe they simply send you a reminder.

Thanks,
Ervin

Q: How does this compare to Metricool?

Can you guys track competitor instagrams or facebooks? Will you guys really run out of the ability to post to Pinterest?

A: Hello, I will send you the comparison article with Metricool as soon as it's ready. Apologies for not being prepared to answer this question.

Currently we don't offer any tracking capabilities. Once we reach 100 testers on our Pinterest App, no new Pinterest accounts will be able schedule Pins with Publer. This is only temporary. Pinterest is releasing their new API and we have already applied.
