I didn't want to leave a poor rating so hoping to get some clarity here first. I am confused why are there so many 5 star reviews. This product is not ready at all if you are a brand or a company who uses social media. Speaking of the obvious elephant in the room - lack of instagram. I know I know. A lot of people have highlighted it already. But why are there so many 5 star reviews? Every company will have an instagram account to use, or most of them do. FB and twitter are not enough. So are you telling me that all these 5 star reviewers are happy with the fact that they post on FB and twitter using this tool, and have to use some other tool or manually post on insta? Really? Or are they happy about something I am overlooking?

We added support for Instagram only 2 days ago and you can test it for free by creating an account on Publer :)
It will be direct posting thanks to Zapier, one of Instagram partners, and for the moment works only for single-photo posts.
Last week we also re-added support for Pinterest, using Zapier as well, as we're waiting for direct API access.
So besides Facebook and Twitter, Publer also works for LinkedIn, Google My Business, Instagram and Pinterest.
Even though I don't want to talk on behalf of our customers, here's the impression we have gotten so far from them:
- They're extremely happy with the customer support we have provided
- They find Publer to be very easy to use and beautifully designed
- There have fallen in love with the following features: automatically recycling evergreen content, shortcodes, signatures, scheduling follow-up / first comments and automatically watermarking their photos & videos with their own logo.
